Although I taught for just two hours today, I had to be up and about early because aside from our regular high school entrance tests review session, we also had UPCAT Refresher sessions today. I helped out in the office, in the canteen, and sold BT@20: Going Neh-she-nuhl tickets.
Since it rained practically the whole day (and I’m really getting fat), I braved wearing an all-black ensemble. The top, although sleeveless and made of cotton, kept me warm (and made me sweat) while I was helping out in the canteen.
So anyway, here’s what I wore:
I’ll let you in on a secret: Baligtad ‘yang blouse! What’s in front should have been at the back, and vice versa. It’s just that I think it would be a pity to hide the cute chest detail–what’s supposed to be in front has a similar design but the strip is a lot narrower.
Here’s a close up look:
Anyhoo, let me tell you another secret: this whole ensemble (minus the shoes and jewelry) cost less than P500! Yup, cheappangga ang outfit of the day ko, as in super! Here’s why:
- Black top from ukay–only P80!
- Leggings from Divisoria–only P100!
- Belt also from Divisoria–I think P150 only (it’s been half a decade since I bought it from a bangketa in Divi)
- Earrings from a UPLB Feb Fair stall almost seven years ago–P50!
- Wedge jelly shoes from Melissa
Not bad, eh? 🙂
Alright, gotta go now. Need to wake up early, as I have a full day ahead of me tomorrow: fourth pre-trial mediation meeting at the Intellectual Property Office in Taguig, helper hunting/interview, and BT@20: Going Neh-she-nuhl practice at night. I pray every endeavor tomorrow will be successful.
Tell me what you think!
